Pop Warner programs nationwide are required to annually conduct a background check of: Coaches, Board of Directors members and any other persons, volunteers or hired workers, who provide regular service to the league and-or have repetitive access to, or contact with, players and-or spirit participants. The purpose of these background checks is, first and foremost, to protect the children. Refer to Pop Warner's policy on Mandatory Background Checks (Article 21 of the Official PW Rule Book).

The attached form must be printed, completed and returned to our League Secretary before July 21, 2018. Collection will be arranged by Head Coaches at a Coaches meeting before the season starts. We can not allow any volunteer to participate without this form. We require a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification to accompany the application.
